Just after a year, all American laptops will stop working for some or other reason & you will end up making them rich with service ! This is how printer industry works as well- from cartridge.I have used laptop of another american firm and i ended up paying more than 100% in repairs, it still didnt work.With this laptop, just after a year, wifi stopped working and during warranty, neither dell nor amazon helped positively with fixing the issue. Warranty ends and now dell has new statement- As the warranty ended, we dont provide software related assistance, so before warranty why didnt you check?????
