Vendor has shipped 2nd hand Laptop (as per Dell call center records) , when it reached me i had only 2 Months warranty , Keypad had major problem .
I suggest not to buy through Vendor & Flipkart ( As flipkart should responsible )

I have bought a Dell laptop Inspiron .from Flipkart .Now i come to know from Dell Service center that my notebook ownership doesn't belong to INDIA. I found myself cheated when we can't get the support from a company like flipkart.
I am contacting their service team from one & half month & your response is still the same "we are working on it" .I am goind to file a complaint in consumer court that you don't have any checks for the quality assurance.
They sell UAE ownership products.
THIS IS THE CASE OF CUSTOMER DISSONANCE.

Dell 3542 Inspirion Laptop

The experience was very bad. We bough this product with invoice mentioning licensed WIndows 8. When we used the product and after 3 weeks of use , a pop message started coming asking for the WINDOWS 8 keys which we were unaware of, as we presumed it is licensed and windows is properly configured. When we called flip kart cc, they asked to touch abse with dell cc (as WS Retail was not the seller which have 30 days replacement gurantee, it was some other seller). and when we called dell cc they asked to speak to flipkart cc.
Initally flipkart was not ready to accept issue from there end, we repeatedly called flipkart cc for more than 10 days coninuoously, and finally the issue was escalated to flipkart higher management. After that they accepted the mistake from there end and rerturned the product. This was a realy bad experiecne at flipkart end. I dont understand how can flipkart sell the product whcih doesn't have that feature which they gave in the invoice. Really bad experience.

Please do not purchase any Laptop from Flipkart
I had purchased a Laptop from Flipkart, thinking of a competitive price, but understand later that basically I was cheated.
Basically price shown on the board, is laptop cost which is actually inclusive of operative system, but they sold you only Laptop by giving 1500-2000 discount, but this is the trap, they sold the license of your operating separately at more cost and earn hefty profit.

Worst laptop in this range.Keyboard,webcam,chipset processor,speakers,hard drive all things starts malfunctioning in just few months.They are making fool.Processor speed is very low.
