Laptop is running good, but not satisfied with total product package delivered, window 8 is part of product, but not get window 8 cd or window 8 product key along with laptop, I dont get product key sticker on it, this makes it difficult for doing many updations.
Second thing warranty issue is there , in system it is showing my warranty expire on june 2015, but I puchase in August 14, it must give me one year warranty full as it was mentioned during purchase.
I mail to flipkart, but get only one autogenerated mail till now. This is complete fraud of giving wrong commitment before purchase which doesnt match to final product.

Terrible / Defective laptops which DELL is selling

My experience with these laptops (bought 2 of them) has been terrible. DELL is cheating people and selling these bad quality / defective pieces for cheap. So much so, DELL does not even respond to customer service calls for these laptops.
One month old - One of the two laptops (service tag FHCN4Z1) has a defective touch pad, which DELL online service (Banglore) refused to help me with and asked me to go to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar (New Delhi), where i was forced to talk to an imbecile who had no idea about computers. DELL service centre also told me if the touchpad was defective, why did i not report it earlier and complain to flipkart - my fault that i unpacked a defective piece one month later after receiving it. None the less, warranty on paper is for 12 months!
I had done a DELL diagnostic, which clearly showed / detected a defective Touch Pad, however, the SDAR report mentions "As per customer touchpad automatic gets stop working". The quality of english on the SDAR shows the quality after-sales of service DELL offers.
PATHETIC ON PART OF DELL. AVOID THIS LAPTOP MODEL FOR SURE.
Good for home, not for office

Though its called laptop and its portable; considering the size I don't feel like carrying it here and there too much, its good for use at home and not for heavy tasks like multi apps or high end coding work. A good buy over all for personal use.

This is one of the laptop that students recommend. Easy to use and its operating on Windows. I like it the most. I recommend to all.
Only drawback is that the webcam is little low, if it is corrected then it would be the BEST.
