Good product. Using it for almost 2 yrs now. Came with Win 8.1 and did a free upgrade to Win 10. Some keys on the keyboard stopped working recently. The product seems to be an imported one with the charger pin that plugs in the wall was not for the Indian standard. The vendor did send a adapter plug though. Happy with the product :-)

I felt the performance is bad in first sight, its not working as like 4 GB i3.
But once I changed the OS to Unix, Its giving an awesome performance.
The OS coming with this product is not suitable for this.

Excellent product in this price range. It comes with Ubuntu as pre installed operating system. As I am having licence for Windows OS, I changed OS to Windows 7. Installed all the required deivers from Dell Support site.It's a decent product for home user. For normal day to day Internet browsing and movies watching, one can go for this.Cons:1. Little bit bulky.2. Touch pad quality is average.

Purchased in late October 2015. I am still using Ubuntu. Have not tried installing Windows.Delivery was great.But did not get a laptop bag. The charger's holder strap cannot fully bind the cord.Also the McAfee Installation disk that I received did not install on my machine.Upgraded directly to 14.04 and faced some problems. Had to go to Ubuntu's site to solve it.DO NOT UPGRADE TO UBUNTU 14.04 RIGHT AWAY. ENSURE PROPER STEPS.Battery back up is okay as per Dell standards.Other than this I have faced no issues.

Got the same product. its what i thought. its working good like an i3 processor should.i changed ubuntu by windows 8.1 and installation was smooth.Edit - After using almost 3 years with constant connection with internet, 8 hours a day minimum, today on fall of 2017 its still in same condition even with no antivirus for last one year.. haha. It was an amazing purchase.

You will find processor of range in i3 is of lower sideHence price as well..Bought in offer...Working well....be sure while buying laptop...check processor model...for normal use its fine...No gaming memory... but you can play normal games running on integrated graphics

First of all if you want a laptop then definitely go for Dell. Got this product at 24K from amazon which is amazing and that is precisely why I love amazon.Pros.1. The product is exactly the same as it is described.1. After I got the product I go for a complete format and installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. If is running flawlessly for 4 months.1. It gives me battery back up for roughly 4 hours with browsing internet and watching videos.2. The built in camera and microphone is good. The picture quality and sound quality is also good.5. It does not heat up.Cons.I could only find that it does not fit in my back pack. So I have to buy a larger bag to carry it.
