This PC is not for Heavy Computing but it handles photoshop cc, microsoft office 2016 and apps from store easily without any issue just go for it ;)
Great product at a great price point

Pros : Price
The build quality of the laptop is good. Though it was all plastic but the feel of the laptop is premium and doesn't seems to be so low cost.
The performance is relatively good and I had used for around one month without any hassle.
Though WPS office installed. However any MS Office can be installed. I am currently using Office 2007.
For basic office work on Word, Excel and PowerPoint it works flawlessly.
Battery backup is around 5 hrs with a full charge. Nice small adapter. Convenient to carry and also the laptop is light wight around 1.5 kg.
The sound quality is better then many high end laptop.
The only issue is storage, However a Hard disk can be installed and there is a separate compartment given at the backside of the laptop.
This is a killer product for this price point.
Good product for this price range

I had ordered for Asus EeeBook e402MA, but instead got Asus EeeBook e402SA. Though i was disappointed initially, thorough analysis on the difference between two laptops ended in finding the difference in Hard disk. The Hard Disk used in e402MA is eMMC+ (which is extended version of flash memory), whereas e402SA comes with SSD (which is much better option comparing to eMMC+).
Pros:
- Very good battery backup (~6hrs for a regular browsing & coding)
- The form factor (14") is neither big nor small, feels good while holding in hand
- Finishing is good, it doesn't feel like a cheap plastic though the price range is less
- Display is good
- Chiclet keyboard is very good, feel good while typing
- Booting & shutting down is very fast due to SSD
- Sound quality is good
- Doesn't get heated up (thanks to IceCool technology & no HDD)
- Comes with Windows 10 for this price range!!!
Cons:
- The processor is not the right choice for Windows 10, it lags and requires effort to fine tune the performance (please see speeding up instructions in Tips section)
- 32GB SSD is not sufficient, as Windows 10 itself takes up around 15-20G the user gets less space for storing files (again see Tips section)
- The in-built web camera is bad
- Touchpad is hard to use (again see Tips section)
- 2GB RAM is just adequate, could have been much better if its around 4GB. But considering the price range can't complain
- Tried to install Ubuntu on pendrive and use it as alternative OS, but ASUS BIOS manager doesn't detect or have an entry for USB booting (even after disabling secure boot)
Tips:
- To fix the lagging issue
== Remove Visual Effects (Control Panel -> System Settings -> Adjust the appearance & performance ... -> Custom [choose only: Smooth edges of screen fonts]
== Update Windows 10 (Search Windows -> Update -> Check for Updates). It takes around an hour for the update with 4Mbps net connection
== Remove unwanted resource hogging softwares & use online based or less memory foot apps. For example: Use Windows Defender instead of McAfee, use Google Drive instead of WPS Office, use Edge browser (which is optimized for power & memory) instead of Chrome or Firefox, disable Cortana (Cortana is not the right candidate for this kind of laptop)
== Run Disk Cleanup after every Windows 10 update with "Clean up system files" option. It clears around 6-7GB from SSD, which inturn will result in faster SSD performance. In general its a better practice to run Disk Cleanup now and then.
- To fix storage
== Since 32GB won't be sufficient for regular use to store files, i bought
"Samsung 850 EVO 120 GB SSD Internal Hard Disk" separately and installed it in the slot given. Though SSD Hard Disk is costly option for this kind of laptop, it will add up the performance, avoid heating issues & won't drain battery faster.
== Change Save Locations to newly installed HD instead of default C: (Search Windows -> Storage)
- To fix Touchpad
== Buy a mouse (i bought Logitech M325 wireless mouse, which is very good) which changes the overall experience
== Change scroll setting (Search Windows -> Mouse & Touchpad settings -> Roll the mouse wheel -> Multiple lines at a time)
Though i wanted to give 5 stars due to product quality for this price range, gave only 4 stars due to amount of fine tuning to be done to get good performance.
Very good!
