Worth the money
By Vipul jadhavon
overall it is nice laptop within 43 k budget it is the one who provides i5 8 gen processor with mx 150 nvidia graphics card..
talking about display
1.quite good
2.only hd
3. this could be minor disadvantage if you need processing speed more and you are not a frequent gamer..it is not the case that u can't play high end games .yes u can but the display required for those games would not be effective by this display..
4.if you want a good display like full HD and other then this is not the one u r finding for..
processing
1.obviously the best in processing speed due to its
i5 8 gen and nvidia..
2.if you want to add ssd then they have also provided empty slot for ssd..so it will increase booting time faster..
so overall it is good if you are doing
1.programming
2.heavy processing work.
3.graphics usage
4.gaming also it works smoothly..
Linux distribution they have provided is endless..
which is good if you are an end user..
otherwise install the version whatever u want
f2 is used in this case to enter into bios ..
Hope it helps you
Satisfied with the quality.

Really Nice

This laptop is easily the best pick right now under 50-55k. The entire a515-51g series, in fact. They vary in price by a few thousand bucks based on RAM, display and keyboard backlighting, but that all depends on your need. I chose to go with this one because I needed a linux variant with 8 gigs of RAM. For an extra 3-4k you get FHD but I already had that in 32 inch so skipped on it. With MX 150 and i5 8th gen, this is arguably the best laptop series under 50-60k as of now.
Most of you'll need to setup windows on this thing, so be careful when you wipe the endless(pretty useless) OS from this. The only way to boot a new OS on this thing is to use a bootable usb device(flash drive or hdd). Make sure the BIOS mode is set to UEFI, and not legacy. This laptop is not meant to run on legacy mode. Although you'll be able to boot it with a drive created to run in legacy mode and mbr partition scheme. Do not do that. Make sure you create a bootable drive with UEFI and GPT(you could go with MBR but that's the old way to do things). Your system won't be faster with this but because your system is only made to run UEFI, Microsoft has said their updates will stop installing on such laptops in the future. UEFI is way more secure and has crc in place to prevent your MBR or GUID table from going corrupt. plus gpt lets you create more than 4 primary partitions unlike mbr where 4 is max. if you expand your hard disk to more than 2 gb, you won't be able to continue with mbr and you'll have to format your hard disk. not many will need this, but better safe than sorry. specially if this will neither cost you extra money, nor extra time. cheers.
Update after using for 2 months +
The laptop is snappy as fast. You'll need to optimize it a bit but, I am constantly getting 8-9 hours of battery backup on it, with Spring Tool Suite, 10+ browser tabs, a couple of video players etc. That is a huge plus for me. If you have a laptop that's 3 years older or more, this is the right time for you to upgrade. The windows 10 operating system is a bit buggy but overall, it's doable. I also have Ubuntu 18.04LTS booted on it, that's just as snappy but doesn't behave well with hdmi display switching but that's probably not something you'll need.
amazing product, just buy it!!

In a few words, "just F**king AMAZING!"
Latest hardware configuration which actually cost more or less 55k+ for asus laptops, u can get in this laptop for only 42k+. I bought this one in 41,990. totally satisfied with the product. played a lots of games in last 3 weeks. Call of Duty MW-Remastered, Bioshock infinite, far cry 5, assassin's creed origins. all played very smoothly in the highest graphics setup . but when i just connected my FHD monitor with it, then in 1080p resolution, the highest graphics settings struggled a bit, so i just adjusted it to medium settings.
Ran so many heavy programs for Deep Learning in python 3.6, the overall performance was nice, as expected from i5 8250 and MX150.
