I can't believe that somebody could make a mixer-grinder with such POOR DESIGN and BAD BUILD QUALITY.1. The base is unnecessarily extended to occupy more area. There is nothing in the extended part. It is just a mass of cheap plastic and it does not add any weight to the base, so no extra stability. A round base would have been more graceful and would have provided better support.2. There is no provision to roll and store the electrical cable. We just have to wrap it awkwardly around the machine.3. The electrical cable is too thin for a 750 W motor. Both the cross-sectional area of the inside wire and the insulation thickness have been compromised with minimum design safety to save cost. This factor alone is sufficient to throw this product out of consideration.4. Supreme model uses 35mm copper wire where as Premium model uses 38mm copper wire - both for 750 W motor. This double standard speaks a lot about company's quality commitments. Beware! Keep away from such companies and products.5. The knob has to be turned complete half-a-turn to bring the mixer from highest speed to off condition. Again, this is a safety risk, in case you need to quickly bring the mixie to a halt in case of emergency.6. I was shocked when I looked at the 'compartment' in which the main coupler is located. This is "designed" to collect water and whatever flows out of the mixie jars (sure, a lot liquid will flow into this compartment due to bad design of the lids and the gasket) and the designer has been atrocious enoough to even cut a channel to drain the collected liquid !!!7. Couplers on the main base and the three jars are flimsy plastic parts with 4 blades and no strengthening ribs. Wonderchef should immediately change their designer !!!8. The base of the jars made of die-cast aluminium alloy is utter stupidity. A high quality moulded plastic would have ensured less noise and vibration.9. The flow ribs on the jars should be deeper. With the current design, you will need more time to grind the same quantity leading to higher motor running time. Otherwise, unground batter or powder will be left in the jar.10. The gasket design does not lend to air-tightness. Also, the rubber gaskets are not bi-directional. So, there is a chance that you can reverse the gasket and end up with a mess the moment you turn the knob !!11. The Clips on the lids !!! - My God !! You have to see them to believe them !! They are sure to last a full 2 months before breaking !!12.. I am getting tired reviewing this disastrous product - so, my last point is the poor manufacturing quality - especially the polycarbonate lids.Similar products are available in the market for less than Rs. 1500. Don't waste money on this.I have used a National mixer-grinder for 17 years (yes, seventeen!!) without any problem. Not even a single problem/complaint. The design and build quality are extremely good. After 17 years, the product died a natural death. I am closing my eyes and ordering one more of the same product (now available in Panasonic brand). The only mixie with piano keys. When the other mixies SHOUT when running, the National/Panasonic mixie just whispers! It is more expensive but worth every rupee. You will never regret it.
