Pros: Received this mixer in good condition and on time. Compact machine, with excellent grinding power and ease of use till cleaning. As far as noise is concerned, it is like every other machine, nothing high or low.Cons: Blender / juicer base change for the same jar is bit difficult.

Worst product ever. Everyone pls keep away from this. With in 3 months of purchase the rotator is burnt. No onsite service available from Preethi. Had to go 15 kms for the nearest service center. Totally unhappy with the purchase.

The quality of this particular model is not what I expected. Very Noisy.The main knob and the motor coupler was dislocated .Wrote to care@preethi.com & info@preethi.com, but they did not bother to reply.We have previously used two Preeth Chef Pro (Export quality) and were very happy with its quality.
