I recieved the preethi mixer on the delivery date as promised.
The mixer came fully packaged and no parts were missing. One of the points on the plug were bent .
The mixer worked well and the noise levels were acceptable, I tried both the chutney jars and the whipper blade and was satisfied with the outcome,
It's certainly value for money,
There are a couple of suggestions that I would like to make.
The warranty card was stamped only on the part to be retained by the customer, the part which has to be sent back had no seal or stamp.
The handles attached to the jars have screws exposed on the inside of the jars. This could pose a problem if loose.

We purchased a Preeti mixie through Flipcart.We are happy with the service of Flipcart.Regarding the mixie,it works well.The large jar is fine.When we use the small one it gets tight in the bottom portion and we have to put pressure to remove it.Otherwise the mixie is good.

I am satisfied with prethi brand mixies. Have been using platinum model for last 6 years and going on. 750 watts motor is quite capable of doing its job perfectly. Strong motor is very important point to be considered while selecting mixies. Flipkart delivery was punctual as usual. :)

From the first day it's given burning smell while opreate and after two month operation armature shaft got broken and when reported to Preethi customer care. they refused to provide warranty for online purchase. i had payed rs 900 to repalce the motor with in 2 month. worst in quality and warranty.

Product needs better lids with tighter rubber gaskets

The product is ok. Amazon delivery is fast and product arrived in good condition. The machine is powerful and grinds fast and fine too. I have a major issue with the lids and the rubber gasket on the lids. No matter how hard you press the lid while grinding, the matter spills out turning your kitchen into a mess. Preethi should design better and tighter lids with better rubber gaskets in future or atleast provide locks on the lid to prevent spillage. Other than this issue, it is working fine up-til now. Performance over time remains to be seen.

I bought this product in the last 3 months and it already broke despite it good performance. While clicking on the option for "Returns and Refunds" i am getting directed back to my orders. Very bad response on the website since it diverting me back to the orders page instead to the customer support.

Update: One Jar completely unusable due to rusting. Unfortunately service centre has been unresponsive.Actual review-Sturdy product from Preethi. It was always a trusted name and hopefully remain one.The noise component will be there as it is a 750W product. Grinds perfectly
