Excellent product for juicing fruits and veggies. But juicer make scary notice when extracting juice from Amla or other hard fibre containing veggies or fruits, can joice in small pieces in small installations. Amla waste becomes so dried and stuck on inner lower rotor blade in unevenly makes juicer/centrifugation so much noisy. So for juicing Amla smoothly, need to clean inner lower steel rotor frequently when juicer make scary noise. Cleaning is also very easy. Overall good product.

I was searching for a good juicer and reached prestige PCJ4.0 and philips viva collection HR1863 700 juicer. one of my friend bought prestige PCJ4.0 juicer. and after reading the reviews for Philips HR1863 I finally decided to purchase it(even though it is 3850 rs expensive). I was really very delighted to have this juicer at home. I have used this juicer for about 1 month and made juices of carrots, beetroot , gooseberry, sweet lime, oranges and pineapple. I use to make 4-6 glasses of juice in one go for my family. but after using it and comparing this with the prestige juicer I came to know following things # Prestige juicer(800 watts) is more powerful than Philips(700 watts) and can do everything which we expect from this Philips. # You cannot juice carrots continuously in Philips because it has small pulp collector (company itself says that you need to empty the pulp container for every 500ml juice of carrot).. I came to knew this when I found that the extracted juice was full of carrot pulp (also on jug there is a maximum mark for carrots on 500ml). while prestige juicer has really large pulp container which enables you to juice continuously. # Philips juicer has short power cord (difficult to connect) whereas I saw prestige juicer also and its cord was long. # Philips juicer is 3850 more expensive (really guys , I have wasted my bucks and advice you have a look at prestige pcj4.0 once) # The company claims that its has "minimum fuss", but I don't think it takes same time to clean up. Finally I can say that Prestige PCJ4.0 juicer is best in budget juicer, and there is nothing extra that philips juicer can give you.

Its squeezes the juice out of the veggies and fruits till the last drop.The remaining waste pulp is totally clay like and dry when you feel it.It is Rocky Balboa of all juicers. Let me tell those who want an all in one device , that anything which is doing everything is not "specialized" and has glitches in some process or the other. Buy a mixer if you want a mixer .Buy this juicer if you want a juicer. It is already out of stock in the Philips stores as you know all good things come to an end. Hurry up buy one!
