I got no reliable reviews for this product or any other meat mincer online and most people who I know that work with meat to make their own sausages did not recommend any online products. However being lazy and unwilling to go hunting for a good one I took a chance on this product because the price was great, it had 3 grind size plates and it has the sausage attachment which the Panasonic model did not have (it also had only 2 options for grind size).My biggest concern was will this be able to grind FAT as well because the main reason for me to get a grinder is to be able to grind meat along with fat to experiment with meat to fat ratios for burgers and sausages.I ordered Beef Brisket with 20-25% from Seafood and Meat co and I chopped it up with fat and sinew and all and ran it through the mixer using the coarse grind attachment.It was hard to control my excitement as the meat seamlessly came out from the grinder in a nice thick chunky grind. I made my first home made hamburger with my own ground meat.The machine is great and honestly the only 2 downsides are that it's extremely LOUD (as you will hear in the video) and it seems like you don't want to run it for too long at a stretch (it just seems like it might heat up or something) but other than that it's really a sweet deal for the price. It will easily grind through 1kg of meat without hassle, maybe if you want to grind more it might make sense to do it in batches.The delivery was on time by Amazon and the product came to be in immaculate condition. Prior to this I purchased a manual meat grinder which I returned as it came in terrible condition so I was skeptical about this but all my fears were put to rest when I opened the product.
