I purchased this product on 13-Feb-2018. Product power cord is two pin and very chip quality. Evan local made Mixture power cord is far better than this. In product purchase site shows A high quality plug for safety during electrical fluctuations. Over Load Protector for long life of the motor and shows three pin plug. Then how amazon deliver this product with 2 pin power plug? is the product original that i got? Product sold by Cloudtail India Private Limited and this is Fulfilled by Amazon. Then how such mistakes happen? Power pin is visible so we easily track quality. What about inner material like motor and other parts those are not visible.Now within month face issue with mixture start button. Button only role and not working. I think product looks ok in figure but actual working and hardware was very bad quality.I will raising ticket to customer care about issue and will update my review after service from customer care and their response time. I strongly not recommend to buy this product to anyone. Why normal people to put their hard earn money to such bad product? Please think before buy on my points.ThanksSandeep

This is ok product. The containers are thin and flex easily when pushed with thumb. Plastic quality is just about acceptable and so is noise level. Doesn't live up to the brand name. Go for it in lightening deals around 2k.

One lid was received in broken condition; the cable is thin, has only a two pin plug, which is difficult to insert in a child-lock 3 pin socket. And the general quality is not up to the standards expected of any decent product

I bought it on good Brand Name and design. But the product quality is terrible. With in two months, top plastic body developed cracks. Service center is asking for Rs. 500 to replace it because body is not covered under warranty.Other problems:Its sound is too loud.Jars fit very tightly. Very hard to put them on and remove them.

I dont know how a company like morphy richards can just make something craps like this. Waste of money and energy. In order to to remove the jar from the mixer body itself is an herculean task.Also the quality of grinding is not that good . Will not recommend this product to anyone unless anyone want to exercise with their wrist

Only big jar has 4 blades, rest 2 jars have one 2 blades. also this product does not have 3 pin i.e earthing pin.
it has a reqular 2 pin wire.

Product is not working. Damaged product given. I received on 20th May 2018. Since that day it's not working. Even Warranty is not responding. I never faced this type of situation in Flipkart. I'm feeling hopeless. Never recommend this seller.
