Pathetic product!!...1st time I received a defective piece and hence asked for a replacement.. Having used it once..I cleaned it with water(normal and warm) and as it started to dry..there was some white foamy substance (like fungus) started to form beneath the blade.. i was tired of cleaning but still the fungus formation was unstoppable...
I requested for refund and luckily got the money credited to my wallet...
Very impractical and dangerous.

Very impractical design and no automatic power off when lid or pot is taken off. Very dangerous machine. Also the lid doesnt fit properly and you have to press it awkwardly to see if it has fit. Bought it thinking its little and practical but very unsatisfied.
Regret buying this piece of ****.

sub-standard mixer grinder

We live in Switzerland. Local mixer grinders are very expensive. So opted for this one through a friend who had visited india. We ordered two (one for her too). Soon we realised we are taken for a ride.
Cons:
1. The lid doesnt fit properly and you have to turn it anti clock wise to close and clock wise to open. very unusual. still it doesnt fit well and it leaks and risks electirc shock.
2. cliam of grinding container 400 ml. Its exactly the size of a chutney bowl served in a south indian restaurant... :-) barely 150 ml. what can you grind in this? Not even a full onion chopped.
3. Burning smell if use more than 1 minute without stopping.
Pros:
"Something is better than Nothing" .. thats the logic we went for this despite negative reviews.
dont waste your money on this substandard product. We now have a beautiful German made mini mixer... a mighty tiny lovable product.

Got this product delivered by flipkart today. Needless to say packed and delivered in excellent condition. I was amazed to see the power of this machine. Best for grinding masalas and making chutneys. Hassle free, durable you donot need to be an engineer to use this. If you are looking for a portable and powerful grinder, go for this.
