Problem was in BUSH & RING which fixes the motor in the dome.
Problem was solved with satisfactory results.
Pl check the product in u buy or some sound comes from the machine.

Thanks to flipkart for good packing, returned this product since it makes noise like a old mixer, takes more time for a coconut,. I strongly recommend not to buy this product, since it takes lot of time to grind things. Hope this helps your buy.
Disaster product

Never buy this product. I bought i 1 year back. Every time we use it, feel like cursing Havells design team. Opening the jar lid is no less than wrestling . Latest is that i cannot remove the jar from the machine. it is just stuck there. No idea what kind of product designers they have.
I really doubt if any Havells official reads these review. But i can warn you against this product. I tried 2 model of havels before buying this one. The other model was worse. No two dealers had similar jars or blades for the same product.
Never Buy this Havells mixer

We have been using Phillips mixer grinder, recently (Aug 10th 2013) we purchased this 600w Havells mixer from more. Shop, we could not use it in 1st week. 1st use we felt noise is huge and vibrates lot, we thought it need to be used for some time, later we noticed stains on steel accessories too. Moreover it doesn’t grind properly though you grind it for 50% more time than usual, also noticed product is getting heat.
Though more. shop charged lesser than flipkart price, they denied to replace the product after 10 days.
Overall we are very unpleasant with this product. Havells has done SHIT job in this product!
