I was so excited to purchase this since it was advertised as 'Flipkart smartbuy' designed and exclusively made by Flipkart and it comes with extended warranty. I didn't take even a few minutes of usage to realize that this product is totally stupid, worthless, poorly built and made from cheap quality material. Build: It's made from really cheap quality plastic which isn't even properly cut and is of very poor tensile strength. At some places, one can c;early see the plastic chipping off the spare parts. Its not as big and sturdy as described in the website and little bit of heavy operation will surely break the plastic and the blades which aren't of suitable tensile strength. The plastic is of so cheap quality that the vegetables with pigments such as carrots and beets are leaving indelible stains on the same which can't be cleaned even by soap or dishwashing liquid thus leaving the device dirty. Performance: The juicer can't really withstand a heavy operation like the standard juicers. Any big chunk of fruit can get stuck in the blades and I was afraid it might even break with that kind of scary noise it makes. The filter which they claim as different, is really a mess and cleaning it would be a tedious job than the filters of standard juicers. It won't extract juice properly and completely either and you would feel normal blender and manual filtration of contents would be really easier and quicker. This can't be used to extract juice from Oranges or hard fruits/vegetabled as mentioned in description because the blades are of really poor tensile strength. The mixer makes huge noise while juicing and blending and even blending operation isn't satisfactory as The mixer couldn't blend the contents properly in all wet, dry and chutney grinding operations. There are three modes (speeds) of operating the grinder and the third one (highest speed) was non-functional. Features: The description (the title itself) says that the Product is a 500W mixer juicer grinder while the product description on the brochure enclosed with mixer tells that Its a 450W motor. The device is connected to a very thin cord and its a two-pin plug. There are no grooves or flow-breakers on the Jars. Please don't be misled by the way product is described in the website in a fancy and attractive language with catchy words. This is absolutely worthless and useless product serving no purpose and fulfilling no regular kitchen needs, not even minimal.

Good quality make for the price paid,VFM But detailing is missing,as in when you try to make juice, the juice spreads everywhere from the nosel which certainly is not right, however the chutney jar and the liquid jar works fine as of now But sometimes you smell the burning of motor though......Also it's breakdown now

Initial item was defective. Total motor part came out while using the jar. It was so dangerous. I returned for replacement then again a defective peice, this time not even switching on. Cheap quality plastic. I wonder even they tested this item before production. Never expected this from Flipkart . I just bought it just by seeing that it was manufactured by Flipkart.

The mixer worked well for first 4 month with very moderate usage and suddenly one day it stopped working! When I saw the 'Limited Warranty' I came to know that everything is limited to only manufacturing defects and you can not claim warranty for anything other at all. Its best to invest more money and buy reputed brands than to fall prey of these offers. Sabak ek ko sikh sabko!
