I purchased this product from flipkart on March 19th 2015.
I didn't get a chance to open this product till yesterday due to various reasons. I finally opened the product and surprised to see the product color as PINK (actually I had ordered GREY). However color is not going to impact much, the second surprise was awaiting for me until I was powering on the mixer. The grinding speed level 2 is not working (1 and 3 is working).
Somehow I got the flipkart customer care executive on the line. As expected they will not help me in replacing the product as return date has been exceeded which totally SUCKS!
They should understand that I never used this product till date and at least they should start inspecting the product condition before they start saying direct NO.
And the seller, you are complete douchebag!!!!
I need to rate the service as bloody ZERO, but i don't have an option for that :(

Very poor quality of steel blades, blade of the small jar broke while grinding for making chutney.

The machine is not working after 6 months of usage, it will stop working in between even with out any load. And most annoying part was no one picking call from butterfly service center. Never buy this product.
