The handle of the middle jar broken after 2 weeks, by that time the return policy over. I contacted service center, they say there is no engineer visit to home available, we have to carry to the service in warranty time and after warranty as well, All the leading brands has the onsite support, this brand doesn't have as per service center at Bangalore.

This is an amazing product and its stylish looks really good. its been 6 months now, and its working verygood. i would expect the juicer jar should be little more thicker in meterial and the hand grip, but worth in this money. AND most importantly this makes less noise than my old mixer 'preethi'

The machine does it's job very well. Only concern is with lid of wet grinder, the fit is very tight. It becomes challenge to open or tighten it. Sometime when you fix the lid the small cap comes off.
