The electric Iron purchased in March 2017 is giving out electric sparks from day one and in spite of repeated complaints (at least 7 times) at Usha helpline no one is bothered. Do not buy any Usha product as they have hired Idiots to cater to their service centre. You will be left with no choice but to throw away your purchase. Avoid Usha appliances.
