Nothing much to say.What I wanted:- Good steam Iton box.- With Sprayer.- Good capacity of tank.What I got.- Steam Iron box. However the water leaks a lot side and bottom though when you are ironing in lower heat.- No Sprayer support.- Tank size is small. You can take this as advantage or disadvantage.What else can we get for just 1000 bucks. So pretty basic deal. Iron boxes distributed by Amway guys are fairly better than this.

The product was clearly seen repaired one, it had scratches. and was seen misaligned.The box was also not sealed.Most of products purchased via CloudTail has this issue.

Defective product

We got this iron delivered quickly however due to some reason we opened after 4/5 weeks only and found its a defective shipment,..
- Water leaks once you try to put the water inside.
- knob adjuster for type of cloth not working at all, seems some defects
Overall also it look like used iron or already rejected material getting shipped by the Flipkart team.
disappointed by the product & poor quality from Philips..

Its a good Iron only if you are not using water inside.
Please be careful!
This is only for dry ironing.
The moment u put water inside it starts leaking and there may be chances of electrical shocks.
Will go for a replacement!
Good product, but wanter drainage system is not good

I have used it couple of time after buying it. I feel it's little heavy. The bad thing is, very hard to clear the water tank after use.
