The cooktop looks to be of long lasting quality and believe me its VFM product and is among one of the best induction cooktops available in India. I am giving this review after using the stove for around 6 month or so. So, I don't think that there would be anything hidden regarding this product from me. Many times milk overflowed during boiling but nothing happened (This can definitely be avoided automatically by heating on low power but then till that time I didn't know this). One of the biggest advantage with induction cooktops is that with fan running in kitchen one can use the cook top. There are numerous settings of power selection which control the time of heating and electricity usage as well. Max. consumption is 2000W. The Indian cooking menus are good and sufficient in number as well. One more good feature is that we can see the units of electricity consumed by the cooktop by just holding a button for 2-3 seconds. The buttons are feather touch. I have been using it to cook many food items including boiling of milk too!! . This cooktop is very useful as a substitute to gas stove especially when you have crossed the no. of subsidized gas cylinders in a year and you get somewhat uninterrupted power supply. Also, this is a good buy for bachelors. Please do ensure that voltage fluctuation is avoided. You must have a power point capable of supporting such appliances Additional Must Bye (Of course Optional) Please remain informed that only a few utensils are supported by these induction cooktops, so it is advisable to buy Prestige Omega Deluxe set of 3 cookware utensils.Regarding this I would like to say that cooktop is cheap but cookware is expensive. Took this unit thinking Prestige is a well known Indian brand and will not let me down but I was wrong. This unit worked for about 2 weeks and now it is giving E2 error code. It stopped working exactly after the return date passed. Deeply disappointed with the product.People looking to buy a induction stove please, please DO NOT BUY FEOM PRESTIGE

It is troubling me alot.. after a month.. always shows E2 ERROR.. on its own.. sometime it stops working suddenly.. sometime it works.. sometime stops working for 5 to 6 hours. I suffered a lot.. prestige induction has trouble s always.. previously also I used to use prestige induction for which I spend 2500 rupees.. now I bought this and again problematic.. waste of money to spend on prestige induction stoves.. I list trust.. they don't have enough technology. It will work for a month.. later it stops working...Money is wasted.. I am helpless now

product is good to use .. very glossy surface.for cooking upto 1200 watt is sufficient hardly need 2000 w. but its good. safety features are good. get clean easily and very easy to use. even after its switching off fan runs for some time less than 3 mins to cool the induction. a very nice product to buy
