It's philips SHQ i can go blindly for it.Let me brief my personal experience:Cons:- the earplug covers fall off many times and then i seach them for awhile.- no volume control buttons on the earphone.Pros:- good packing.- call pickup/hold/end button on the earphone.- affordable price- long lifetime- efficient soundWhy my personal favourite SHQ:- for the other earphones... my ear hurts while plugging in the rubber earphones inside, and not able to hear if someone calls me off, or while i am on bus and conductor shouts for my stop.- headphones, they hurt my earlobe. Thus cannot wear them more than 4 hrs continuous.- my requirement was to have, not hurting yet good quality sound on calls, but still can hear a little bit if someone calls me.

Pros:1. Good sound quality2. Mic with button3. Good built and water resistant4. Very comfortable for long time use like movie marathon or game of thrones nights5. Doesn't seclude you from your surrounding completely, you can still hear if someone is calling your name or wants your attention. (This may be a con for some users)6. 1 year replacement warranty7. Above features at price range of ?750Cons:1. Unavailability of earbuds at stores or even at service centres. Thus you have to take extra care of them everytime.2. Some software issue is very common with this model which automatically makes your phone function like call mute or call hang up or auto play/pause music or google voice assistant starts automatically.Except for the last con.. the earphones are great deal at this price!

I also crying because this headphone quality is not good. It gives a little bit pleasant sound but not musical sound and sound is very low even in full volume I am no able to listen properly but the other headphone that uses my roommate are at the same time working fine. So please I don't want to entertain anymore if possible take the product away from me and return my money back I will purchase the other one
