I am highlighting a significant problem wrt this product. This is a very good earphone and I highly recommend users to buy this for it good sound and heavy bass quality. It's a 4 star item and I would give it 5 star if it also had volume control on the mic.However be careful when you are purchasing from Amazon partners. I had to return this product twice because I was bluffed.They delivered me an earphone without mic and hid the model number with a sticker. The sticker said earphone with mic though it was the wrong product with no mic. Surprisingly, exact same thing happened when I ordered it for the second time. Looks like the seller is deliberately trying to cheat the buyers.

Good product as per price but whatever they have mentioned as A RICH BASS product is NOT TRUE. I have tried it and guys believe me, bass is really missing. I have felt sharp & clear sound yet overall product quality is good. All I can say those who like to hear crystal clear treble music should definitely go for it but not those who are bass lovers.
