The item what I received was not working. As per Amazon policy the product should have passed through quality check before delivering it. Not at all good for curly hair type. But does not fit for wavy hair too. But Amazon did refund my full money once I raised a complaint.. the one star is for Amazon 's service.

Only complaint I had was that the ends heat up, but now I've learnt how to use it without touching those bits.Takes me 3-4 swings to fully straighten a tress of my hair.

one of the best hair straightener in India . If you have frizzy or wavy hair and you are sick of the way it looks .Then try braun ES2 the solution to your hair problems . Nanoglide is the best feature it protect your hair from breaking from the middle if u forget to comb your hair before straightening. Ionity Function is ok do not add shine as braun has advertised it .The only demerits is that is doesn't have wet hair setting. Braun ES2 quite costly but its worth every dime.
