11/09/2018 - One fan came without wall mounting metal bracket...now it is completely useless.13/09/2018 - Yesterday, I have managed to get the wall mounting bracket from local market, so my concern resolved. As because, I need this particular low speed fan for its very low noise, I do not want to return this item, but without the bracket I have had no option. Today I have received a call from the supplier, a gentle person, nice to talk. Whatever the matter was, it is now resolved and I am happy and cancelled the return. Also I am updating the rating from 1star to 4 star.Product is very good, comes with 2 years warranty. For the person who needs very low noise for their home or office, it is perfect fan. As the noise getting lower, air flow also drops but plesant. This fan is particularly recommended for very close installation in a small room or office chamber or in a large room with airconditioner installed where cooling failed to reach to the blind corner. Finally, the good thing is, it's current consumption is only 35 watt...!!!
