Power cord out of order within 15 days. Water tank leaking within 7 days. Motor out of order within 4 months and not replaced by symphony though it was covered under warranty. Numbers of complaints lodged but company intentionally tried to spend the warranty period and actually did.

It makes more noise, you cannot sleep by keeping it near to your bed. If you keep far away from your bed, you cannot feel the cooling and you will feel like a table fan.

I have been using this cooler for past 2 years. Am ok with the air flow. it actually doesn't make your room as cool as air conditioner do. but you'll feel as if the room temperature is lowered by dew degrees.
worth buying.
the only issue i face is, the water spill when the water level is 3/4 of tank capacity. also there will be foul smell when used without water.

i'm frm kolkata ..i brought this cooler before 1 week , n the cooler is very good.. its cooling capacity is impressive .. i love this cooler very much... it flow air 20feets, above 20feet the flow is getting slower.. i love this cooler very much.. i also use bajaj cooler bt this is the best cooler in this range... jst use it and feel it..
