I got the cooler a couple of days back and I'm sharing my experience using it since. Cooler came in its box (box was wrapped with some plastic around it). You can unbox the cooler yourself, no need for customer service people. Box includes the cooler itself, the remote, some paperwork and a Insta chiller which is actually like an ice pack which you can put into the tank for keeping the water cool for a longer time. Water tank is easily removable. Remote is also light weight and responsive. Pros: More than sufficient air throw. (It's a personal cooler meant for small rooms and 1-2 people so don't expect Miracles). The control panel and remote buttons are very well made.(The remote has all functions). Auto closing louvers which prevent dust and insects from getting inside. Sufficient water tank for the size of the cooler. Various Air and Dust filters.. Nice plastic quality. Controllable Vertical and Horizontal swings. Ice pack provided. Cons: Didn't find any yet. Overall the product is Amazing and absolutely value for money. You can't get anything better at this price. Though there are some things to be noted- -The handle provided is strictly for moving the cooler around and NOT intended for lifting it up. Do not try to lift the cooler with the handle. -The blower of the cooler only covers left side portion of the cooler as your can see in the image.( That's not a problem just thought that you should know). -Only the front wheels of the cooler rotate 360° and the back ones are fixed( Again that's not a problem, just for your knowledge). The cooler is perfectly fine and I don't find any problems. I don't know why so many people have negative reviews. Overall and Amazing product. Don't think just go for it. Solution to Water pump still lowered after tank is pulled out: (I don't know if it was just my unit but when I first pulled out the tank, the water pump of the tank was still lowered. That stops the tank from getting inside again. Fix: DO NOT TRY TO PUSH IT HARD AS YOU MAY BREAK THE WATER PUMP. Just put one hand of yours from the front and push the water pump upwards gently. As you push it to the top, push the water tank back into its place as intended. The water pump will automatically come down when you power on the cooler. it just might have been my unit but thought that you should know). I'll edit the review after I use it for a longer time.
