The product is excellent. The best part is that you can move it from one room to other easily. The capacity is sufficient for use in entire night. Cooling is excellent although it does not cool the entire 10x12 room (it is not expected also). Takes very small place and can be put in one corner of the room. Remote is an additional feature which is useful if you feel lethargic. Overall, excellent product at a good price.
Not Good product to buy

After one month of use:
Earlier I gave a good rating and review to this product when I received this cooler. But unfortunately after one month of use its it start complaining. Its motor got burn out in one month of normal use. Symphony worst service is making the condition more miserable. It has worst service I have ever seen for any consumer appliances. After logging a complaint it took them 4 days to send a mechanic to visit my place and now he is saying it will take 5 more days to replace the faulty motor as they source spare parts direct from Ahmadabad (Gujrat). I can't understand they even keep a stock of spare parts in the Delhi region even in the summer season when it has a huge demand. Sorry to say, but I will not recommend anyone now to buy any product from Symphony.

I brought this cooler last week and I am quite satisfied with the performance as of now. Its sleek and compact size make it stylish and portable. Its good for one or two people and in small room.
Not suitable for hardwater

I used this model, more than month now. I do not recommend any symphony cooler for usage along with the hard water . It definitely cools the room 9*10 ft, lowers the temperature up to 4 degree room temperature and can be used with inverter power. Water pump jams after 15 days usage with hard water, calling the technician for repair is pain in the ass. Other wise along with the soft water no problem. Be ready to clean at least week, and master techniques cleaning water pump inside it and tank. I believe what symphoney charges for it's cooler not worth asking price, they have to improve build quality along with hard water usage compatibility ,if they gonna stay top in air cooler market.
Updated on 1.5 month usage.
Time button on cooler stop working.need to use remote to set the timer. cheap electrical used.
Pros:
cooled air (lower than 4 degree to room temp not equivalent to AC )along the direction of air throw is good.

I bought air cooler dated 19/05/13 model diet 22i serial number C7A6113D31288 , after some 1 or 2 week I faced a problem that water spraying from the cooler along with air which makes the bed and floor wet, This model is not suitable for room cooling, not suitable for hard water, less cool compared to other models, not suitable for hot areas, u can use it in a high ventilated less hot places for personal cooling,

Delivery is worst. Usually I preferred Flipkart. This is the first time I see this issue. They are not delivered directly. They asked to come to one common place. Also they asked extra charge. This is ridiculous.. But product is good.

i am reviewing after a month of use
Giving two stars cause
1. power on/off button stops working within 8 days
2. At a time only one person can take the air because the space from air comes out is already very small and also half of portion is covered in this space.
In addition to this the cooling air does not comes from whole space it comes only from top side of cooler.
So over all not so good cooler
