Its very disappointing. I bought this by seeing looks.
Don't expect any cooling.. Its just a forceful fan..
Cooler wheels are not good. very difficult to move and wheels broke after 1 month of use.
Honecomb pad quality is pathetic.
I have lodged a complain to Orient Customer care that there is no cooling effect. Technician is advising me to place ice cubes. Is this the resolution? How many people will have refrigerator to keep icecubes?
Very bad experience with Orient customer care and service. They don't even attend your calls.
