It would be really nice if it was little more in height. Unlike other (fan system), blower system don't throw water droplets from the grills, which i liked the most.

It had problems from day 10. Firstly the noise from the cooler is unbearable. There were issues with the pump and motor. The cooler got repaired for various issues, 4 times in the past year. Today, a new issue again, the cooler started to spark, there were 3 huge sparks as soon as I turned it on. I would strongly recommend against buying this product.

very poor service, called Crompton Greaves call center multiple times, many different technicians call us to know the problem but no one visited us to resolve the problem. even after escalations no action taken to repair the cooler. it seems Crompton Greaves is least bothered about after sales support.

It worked for two weeks. Then it just stopped working. Not a durable product. Now I have to go through all the hassle of getting it repaired. The design is flimsy, but the air circulation was good.
