This rating is because the product which I got was not up to the mark. Cooler body is loose and it's almost 2 months and the fan is not working. I had to rotate the fan blades then it started.Out of 2 months, I used this cooler only for a month. Although this particular model is good as I used it earlier that is why I ordered this product.I am disappointed.
