There was No description that we will get remote or Not.
On the brochure it was shown that remote is available in the product delivered.
But we did not get the remote with product in the packing.
There was no body we could tell afterwards.
We don't know whom to tell our problem once we receive the product, as online the option available is not there to complain or give feedback like this.
Options available are only ....refund, change or return the product etc...

Wheels aren't good. It bcomes hard to drag it from one place to other.

I have recently buy this cooler and i found that it is much better than any other plastic coolers available in market.
Previously I have ordered Bajaj New DC 2004 Room Air CoolerI, but that was not fit on my expectation.
So i have ordered this cooler from Flipkart from Rs 8349 /- along thisi have also enjoyed the freebie product Orpat iron with this product. Great buy ! ! ! !

Quantity of tank is sufficient for using whole night (8-9 Hrs)
