This product is very poor quality. Suddenly stopped working after 25 days. Its wire is half meter, which is very problem. I'm very upset how to get back The policy of the Amazon was to return after 10 days. But when it was delivered at the beginning of 25 days, it was a mistake when it was delivered. The lid was broken. No one bought this product.

The kettle started leaking around the base of the handle in about 2 months of usage. Within 6 months it stopped working and I had to the it to a repair shop where it's element as well as the thermostat was replaced... The mechanic said the parts used were cheap... So got better parts installed and ended up paying Rs. 675 on the repair... So I won't recommend buying it unless you want it for just a few months.

one of the useless product. I purchased it through amazon around two months back. The electric connection got discontinued now. Might have used cheap electrical fittings therefore power is not passing. Now there is no use for me . Waste of money.
