I have used it 4 times. Quick cooking. Ideal for 3 to 4 member family. I had same futura bigger one iodised which I have used for 10 years now. I had replaced the gasket just once. Hoping to get same reliability with this too.I cooked Kerala rice directly, which throws water from vials as expected. But when I kept Kerala rice in a vessel instead and closed the vessel with a lid then it cooked perfect.For other stuff which requires less water, feel free to use directly. Be careful cooks really fast. Much faster than u assume. Put less water and stop the moment it starts viasling in case u keep direct

Its a wide cooker so its easy to look and stir while cooking. It has a very heavy base so it cooks evenly and well.its whistle is not like normal cookers.it keeps slowly releasing pressure when full pressure.all in all a very good cooker.

Really enery efficient and saving my gas and electricity in induction. Boiled rice can be coocked within 7 minutes however normal pressure coocker took 12 minutes

Though slightly expensive worth it. Food cooks super fast and the best thing is It's a quiet cooker. Need to read the instructions for operating the whistle before use otherwise one may think that its not working. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this cooker 5 days back and I loved it. Food gets cooked very fast in it. Only u should learn to manage time. It is too heavy and that is d only disadvantage but it is strongly built so I hope it lasts longer. . I have given 4stars because of it's weight. . I just wanted one clarification. . Do I get container set suitable for this model?

The problem with stainless steel is that the utensil burns at the bottom often, every housewife worth her salt will tell you that. A similar utensil in aluminium or alloy, used in exactly the same way, does not burn at all. I dont like aluminium cookers because aluminium as most aware people today know, leaches into the food and causes Alzheimer's in old age, and other health problems. Hell, you can taste the metal at times, especially if you cook tomatoes and other sour foods like i do.
But if you get a thick enough steel utensil, this burnt bottom problem is reduced dramatically. This is an excellent example of that. I love how solidly built this cooker is. I was hoping to get a solid cooker but had never seen a Future up close made of Stainless Steel. Glad to see i was not dissapointed. i know this cooker will last a decade at least, if alumiuum cocoker scan, it should too!

I am reviewing this after 6 months of solid usage. The build quality of the cooker is extraordinary. The cooking is super speedy. The one who are switching from normal cookers should have to learn and to be practiced with this as its is bit different from normal ones. Overall worth the money. Go for it.
Too Heavy . Old people cant lift the cocker . Its like a 5kg Dumbbell without Food and with Food it will cost you like 9KG
