I have returned this product. It was my very first purchase from Black and Decker. I was quite excited but it turned to be a big disappointment. They sent me a bunch of poor plastic compartments rather than the expected one. I feel that at this selling price they could have designed it in a much better shape. Its complex structure makes it completely impossible to use in the morning. In plain language, you have to arrange different shape of plastic compartments and give the steamer a proper shape by yourself. Nothing is fixed and you cannot even fix it by yourself as there is no option. Moreover if you have kids below 5years then it's my humble request, don't even think about purchasing it. And about rest of the reviews, I am amazed that if someone has literally purchased this item how can they write such a misleading reviews.
