The screen resolution of this monitor is 1440 x 900. (Ratio Aspect - 16 : 10). The monitor has a HDMI port and I also got it in a reasonable price. Although it's a bit odd that it didn't come with a VGA cable as well but I already had one so I don't mind it at all. In comparison with other monitors... If a monitor screen resolution is 1600 x 900 then it lacks an HDMI port and vice versa... And some monitor even exceeded my budget.The sole purpose of purchasing this, is for gaming. And it's pretty good actually. The video and picture quality is also dynamic. I had to adjust some settings at first then after that it works like a charm.Another advantage of this monitor is that the VGA and the HDMI port are at the back and not underneath.I don't have to do that plugging and unplugging every now and then to run my pc (other monitor cables gets loose after using it for a while but that problem never occured with this one). I am using it for Gaming and its really a wonderful experience.Got this in Rs 6105/-. Highly recommended to everyone.

You will see the dell monitor closely priced with this model. In the end if you are looking for comparison. This is an ips full hd monitor and has an hd port and comes with a hd cable. That should be enough reason to buy this on over the dell. The ports are at the back and not underneath like the most monitors which makes it easier to connect and reach them.

Bought it after lot of apprehension (LG in monitor vs HP or Dell, not so great feedback for the monitor - i normally things >4 ratings).. however it turned out to be pretty good for the price. On the good side - packaging was great, assembly pretty easy and picture quality is good. On flip side - it is meant more for watching movies/etc rather than working on documents ...but could not have asked better for the price. And yes, it does not have a VGA cable. Power cable and HDMI cable - u get in the pack.

The product is just good. Found only one dead pixel that is barely visible. But it has some backlight bleeding spot. So not recommended for home theater PC. Viewing angle is excellent. The power adapter will occupy some extra space. So it may not fit with other plugs.So, keep these points in mind and decide yourself.
