Very slow and lags

Got a good deal but the performance is not at all good, I just have basic use on word and excel and laptop hangs and lags most of the time, was using a core 2 duo with 4 GB DDR2 Ram laptop earlier with windows 7 and found out that my older laptop works faster. Dont know what the reason could be
Totally Worst laptop

Worst worst laptop. The performance is extremely poor. This is i3 7th gen but my 6 year old laptop works better than this. You cannot multitask on this laptop. I am staring at the screen half the time. I would give this zero stars if i could. I dont know how others are able to work on this laptop,its big mistake to buy this laptop.
