Product was superb. Snapdeal packing is also very nice. It supports 4k videos. If you want connect this monitor with HDMI port then 1st u tap the settings button on monitor it beside on power button of the monitor then select the HDMI option on the settings. If you didn't do this process u didn't get any signal through HDMI cable. This is only for HDMI cable not for VGA cable u can directly plug the VGA cable to ur pc

I have a Samsung SA300 from 2013 , needed a second monitor for dual display So purchased it. I am writing this review as comparison with my Samsung 24 inch 1. Size is really bigger than Samsung 24 inch. as per display area. 2. Default Color settings are awful, pictures are too much warmer , so appeared yellowish 3. you need to calibrate the monitor to get the proper color balance. it required time and effort to get the exact color balance. 4. power section is inbuilt so greater chance of fault and more repair time, if it is adapter type then you can easily do troubleshoot. 5. response is good 6. at this price range it is a good product. hope it will last long as Samsung.

I recently bought the monitor from this vendor. I switched it on once before the return period to make sure everything was working. Few weeks later when I wanted to start using the monitor, it didn't switch on the second time. When I contacted Flipkart, they say I should go talk to benq as the return period is over. While I understand that, I feel that the vendor has shipped a defective piece to me and letting benq take care of servicing it. I wouldn't want a new 'serviced' monitor... I have messaged benq to see what they say.

The BenQ GW2470H is one of the latest release from the Taiwanese company; the other one being GW2760HS 27" Full HD monitor. GW2470H is a 24" FullHD (1920x1080) VA panel display with an amazing contrast ratio. I bought this monitor for my work that includes graphic designing (Ps, Ai), image editing, web designing, programming and suchlike. I have to say I'm love with this monitor because of the features it has at this price. Let's look at the pros and cons now.Pros:1. FullHD - Full HD display means it has more pixels and you get more area to work on. The refresh rate is 60Hz.2. VA Panel - Being VA (vertical alignment) panel means it has a good color production far better than any TN panel but jut below an IPS panel. VA is the latest of display technologies.Even Samsung has a proprietary VA technology they call PLS. VA panels has one advantage over IPS and that is the native contrast ratio (not the dynamic one). GW2470H has a native contrast ratio of 3000:1 where IPS panels usually have 1000:1. The blacks will look absolutely black, not any grayish black.3. Viewing Angles - This monitor has a horizontal viewing angle of 178 degree and vertical angle of 178. You can watch movies, play games and view photos without any color, contrast or brightness shift. There is a bit of contrast shift at some angles though, but unnoticeable.4. Response Time - It has a Gray-to-Gray response time of 4ms which is better than IPS panels (typical 5ms). Such a response time and a refresh rate of 60Hz is usually enough for casual gaming.5. Flicker Free Backlighting - This is a hell of an advantage ! The monitor uses voltage regulation method instead of PWM control for brightness. So there won't be any flicker that usually will strain your eyes after prolonged use.6. Stylish design with matte finished body and display.7. Good brightness 250 nits (I only set less than 50% of the brightness)8. Low blue light mode.9. Narrow bezel (1.2 cm) - I really like it.10. True 8-bit color width.11. Dual HDMI ports, one is MHL enabled, VGA port and headphone jacks for interfacing.12. The box I got had an HDMI cable and VGA cable within.13. 3 Year warranty. Go to BenQ website for warranty details.Cons:1. No DVI or display port. It's not a deal breaker as it has HDMI with MHL (Mobile HD Link).2. Relatively small number of service centers across India.I bought this monitor for Rs.11,199/-, a bit high compared to store price because of tax. I'm really happy with this monitor and have no issues with it yet. It fulfills all my needs. If you're looking for an affordable yet feature rich 24" FullHD monitor, you can definitely consider this. It's a latest model, and has the latest features. So I'm giving a rating of 5 (4.7 more precisely due to lack of DVI). Don't just blindly buy anything, but know your requirements, research about the products and choose the best one that fits your needs and budget.Verdict: It's a great all-rounder monitor for gaming, video editing, image editing, graphic design, movie, web browsing etc.Have a good day :)PS: An alternate choice I recommend is the Samsung LS24E390HL with similar features and priced at around Rs.14,000/-

A very good monitor with excellent colour reproduction. The viewing angles are much better than my earlier 18.5 inch TFT monitor, though not as good as CRT monitors. The display is quite bright, and the non-reflective screen ensures that even Eco mode is good for normal viewing. Because of the fast 4 millisecond response time, action videos are smooth and free of any lag on this monitor. The fact that there are no in-built speakers means that there is less power dissipation and hardly any vibration inside the monitor. This ensures longer lifetime. It is well worth the price paid.

Very superb display. VGA and HDMI cables are included. Many useful options to choose.But seller packed it in a careless manner. The monitor box was placed inside a bigger carton box which not filled with air filled bags. Courier transportation damaged the box. We accept the package with lot of doubt. But the display works well.

Display quality is equivalent to any other LG or Samsung display in the same price range. I've seen LG and Samsung as well.The design is simple, neat and clean and I like that.The menu options are not very properly organized, changing from low blue light mode to normal mode will required three to four steps deep in the menu.Finally, I would still prefer this over other others in its price range primarily due to its clean design.

Very good monitor, I am using it all the time. The 24 inch screen makes a huge difference in viewing. I can open up the MS Word on one side and use the Power Point on the other to make presentations. The colour reproduction is good and the strain on the eyes is minimal. The monitor can be tilted up or down and that helps in finer adjustment. Overall, a very good product.

Excellent Monitor at reasonable price. I was previously using BenQ GW2250. This monitor has bigger screen, better controls and is comfortable to eyes. The monitor has been delivered by Amazon before scheduled date and in nice packing. I appreciate Amazon for providing a nice product at very reasonable price and prompt delivery.
