TP-LINK TD-W8901N is one of the best modem router. Earlier, I was using an iball modem and a TP-LINK router. This product has replaced those two.
Coming to the product, it's nice and attractively built. setting up the connection was a breeze. The CD and the quick-start guide provided alongside are easy to understand and very helpful. However, I did not need them during the installation.
For MTNL users:
Configure the modem to use the PPPoE Or PPPoA mode. Use the following steps:
a. Open the browser, input http://192.168.1.1 at the address column.
b. Press “Enter”. Dialog box will show up.
c. Enter Username as “admin” and Password as “admin”.
d. Press “Enter”.
e. Click “Interface Setup” on Home page/ menu, select the “PPPoA/PPPoE”.
f. Enter the Username( Phone Number ), Password (CA Number), VPI (0) and VCI (32).
g. Click “Save”.
That's it. You can now access the internet.
The Wi-Fi range is good; but not great. However, at the give pricetag, TP-LINK TD-W8901N does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this product.

I m a bsnl broadband user , initially I am using Bsnl provided modem(on rent), but from past 4-5 month bsnl increase the rent of the modem so i decided to buy my own modem with wireless facility,
it is a wonderful modem with very good wifi ranege (1500 sq feet) even , it covered my 1st floor too with some wifi range.
so I am very happy with this modem,

In my opinion, this router is more than enough to users who are using BSNL broadband with max bandwidth of 2.5 to 3mbps.
It maintains good bandwidth throughput even when multiple devices (Laptop + Tab + Smart Phone) are connected.
my suggestion to BSNL BB users is: if your main use of router is just for browsing, video chat and videos downloading and torrent downloading..then this budget router is good enough as it is Rs. 130 cheaper than BSNL supplied router and comes with 3 years warranty.
Buying a router with 300Mbps speed (cost Rs.1888 approx)...you may not use its full strength as your Internet provider gives limited bandwidth.
Note: Flipkart did not deliver the product in time as promised, but product is good.

Using this since 2015 and now i am giving my review about this product And in my opinion the product is really good. It scores well in all quarters. Goos quality plastic is used. Design is nice and range of the wi fi is well balanced. Instalation is also easy.
