READ THIS BEFORE BUYING

It is Two and half months after buying this router and already facing issues. Getting higher ping time lots of breaks and the internet won't connect automatically after a network break or power cut. Using PPPoE the network won't connect automatically ever after manual restart of router. The speeds are average. MAIN POINT BEFORE BUYING: VERY LESS SERVICE CENTERS ACROSS INDIA. For the issue i was facing and probably most face using this router I contacted the Support and they asked me to send the router in a courier which will cost me Rs.400. If some other issue arises after this router getting repaired or replaced again have to courier the router, which means i can buy a new router in that range. Please think twice before you buy. Even the design is poor, wires which connect to router can make the router unstable.
All TP-Link router are not working

Please do not purchase this TP-Link ARcher C20i AC750 wifi router as it's not working at all. It wifi connectivity is very poor. wifi connectivity it breaking. on every reboot or power off/on, the router need to connect with internet manually. its not connecting to internet automatically. we cannot set date and time for permanent basis in router as its reset to year 1970 after every reboot. Please do not buy any TP-Link product.
Good choice.. though throughput speeds and connectivity over 5ghz could be better.

This Dual Band router has served it's purpose like a charm. The throughput speeds on both Frequencies are good. At 5ghz, my devices are able to connect even from the edges of my Apartment with decent download speeds. At 2.4ghz, it's connectivity all over the apartment is very good, even though download speeds are a bit compromised.During summers, it tends to a bit hot and hang up with continuous running, almost 24x7. Hence, i have made it a habit of shutting the unit down at night. Since doing so, the unit has been operating flawlessly.

The reason why I purchased a new router is to get better WiFi signal. So, for me signal was the top priority and rest feature are the only cosmetic addition on top of it.In term of WiFi signal:- 5 GHz has good range in my home, considering I have 1500 sq feet flat. In each room I get almost full signal. There are only very few places where I get slight little than full signal.- 2.4 Ghz range is beyond my expectation. I live on 8th floor and I get signal even in my society park. I can safely say It's range is almost 30-40 meters depending on hindrances on the way.Apart from that there are several add on this modem:- Good UI for router setting.- External storage drive support. Using that one can create a local storage network. This become especially handy when someone usage multiple device on same router. For me, I put a hard drive on router and stream movies on directly on smart TV.- You may connect printer with router. This is also a cool feature. Now I can print content event from my mobile phone.Overall at the price point of Rs. 2200-2400, it is best value for money product considering it is also a dual band router.
WORST router I have ever seen.

It stopped working on day 1 and I had to request a replacement. Amazon quickly replaced it and delivered another piece of brand new sealed pack of the router. The new one worked for a week when I had to reset it to factory default as it states showing no internet all of a sudden. That was the start of the ordeal. Now I have to reset it every now and then. Sometimes it breaks down in the middle of a Skype call, other times during my official online meetings. It definitely breaks down when you need it the most. I wish I had never purchased this holy piece of sh%t.

If you want a router for medium sized Flat/home/Club use then you can go for it.
After using 7 days My reviews about this router are -
1) Range is average and enough for 3 BHK Apartment.After two walls it loses 1 signal.
2) This dual band router has speed up to 750 MBPS.
3)It has one USB port so you can connect Dongle(During absence of LAN) & Printer.
4)Easy to set up and has 3 years of warranty.
5)The router looks slightly different in pictures( Original router has no white color on its top part.Only blue checked squares)
6)The product was well packed and delivered before its date of arrival so a good service from The seller & Flipkart.
7)It does not have any heating issue( I tested it with 20 Hrs )
At this range the router has maximum efficiency than any other routers.I recommended this router to my friends.I am extremely happy with it.

This router looses connection often. I have to reconnect the internet manually and sometimes reboot the router when it goes mad. the range is good but a little disappointed with its inconsistency.

Hi,
I would not recommend this router to anyone. Mine did not work right from the moment I unpacked it. The Internet (WAN) port does not recognize live RJ-45 cable inserted at all. I had to borrow my friends WRT54G router to make sure that the router hardware was kaput and not my Internet line.
Very much disappointed with this sub-standard Chinese make device. Wasted my time and energy to decide on this router all in vain.
I have raised return request with Flipkart now. Hoping that the return process is not cumbersome now.
Hope this review discourages anyone planning to but this router. Go for reputed company like D-Link or Linksys or even Belkin so that you don't end up wasting your time and energy.
