Been using for mostly making milkshakes, butter out of cream, onion-tomato masala and soups. Works perfectly and cleaning is a breeze. Not for chutneys that have coconut or pulses. struggles with Ice... tried making a slushie for the kids. In the first delivery the Jar was broken... amazon replaced it quickly.

I wouldn't recommend this blender. The blending attachment comes off too easily in the middle of blending. And I'm talking just about something like whipping cream. The "high" speed setting is unusable because of this while the "low" means I need to insert the attachment back in only 3-4 times during whipping.

After reading all reviews I bought one from flipkart and it is worth buy. Flipkart has done a great packing and I received my order 2 days before they assured to deliver. The blender is working great. I'm using this many times a day. For making buttermilk, milkshakes; for mixing tamarind paste+Sambar powder; adding Thoordhall to Sambar; for blending ground paste to koottu or morkhuzhambu; for mixing dosa batter.......... almost I'm using this for any mixing...... After getting this, I'm now thinking to learn some baking recipes so that I can master in my cooking skills. Thanks to Prestige and also to flipkart.

Item as described. Stainless steal base easy to wash/long life guaranteed. Package includes > Blander+Plastic jar with measurement scale+ a stand with screws to hook the blender. Blender has 2 buttons one for slow and other for fast blending. Easy to handle and blends quite. I am using it to blend a shake in the morning. Fruits+oats+water+curd+ protein powder makes an amazing breakfast which is quick to prepare and consume i love it. Cons > Nothing major but fruit pulp gets caught in the steal base gaps at the bottom of the blender. Highly recommend to anyone. 02 Jan 2014 - after using the product for more than 6 months i have a different opinion about it now. I mainly use this morning breakfast shake (Fruits + Oats + water). This product has 2 buttons big one and small one, Big button stopped working twice. first time i got it replaced by prestige service center and immediately after getting it serviced it stopped working again. Not spending a whole to get the Big button replaced again. Still using the blender with small button and it does the job even though it takes little extra time now. The design of the steel bottom portion is not good, it as gaps on all 4 sides and the fruits usually get struck in it. Good product but can it can stop working any time.
