My biggest mistake was to buy this product, I chose this against Philips daily collection, worst decision.Already spent 1500 for repair and again it has started giving problems.Learnt a lesson to go for better brand than such lesser known products.Wonderchef people at least send mechanic to our place and get everything repair, but for this preethi we have to go to service centre located so far and then wait for weeks for the service and pay heavy repair amount even if we have proof of purchase with date and other details on Amazon.Guys better chose popular branded products

it's a inconvenient to use as we have to take out the motor part and then the lid everytime.chops well n grinds well.cleaning also is difficult.philips hr7627 would be a better choice at similar price range.

I purchased this product on feb 6 and on feb 20 it stopped working!!So please decide whether you would like to go with this or not!Not able to return this product as the return window is open just for 10 days!

Worked for a few days . Then the motor got spoilt though used very less. No parts available at the local repair shops and customer service centres are very less.Wouldn't suggest this product.
