as usual, packing was good.delivery took longer than expected. pros :- -cheap -2 sets of blades.dough kneader(hook) good enough to make chapatti dough.blades come off easy -easy to clean.blades pop out with the push of a button -5 speeds.powerful motor -1 yr warranty!! cons:- -bit heavy.becomes an issue when elders or children use it -no base,no bowl(i keep it in a dawara in between mixing) -short cord(~1m).(seriously... my shaver has a bigger cord..) becomes an issue when you don't have plug-points at table level -plasticky, fragile body.may not survive accidental drops. -not slow enough for slow mixing. all in all a cheap decent enough mixer.good if you want to get into baking and pastries etc.. but don't want spend a lot of money.. read all that? awww....here, have a cookie. a lovely product if u r a fan of baking cakes , biscutes , etc ...... worth for the price range n exteemly handy... body design supports easy handling.. the only disadvantage................. the power cord is a bit too short bt this felacy can be overcomed if the switch box is closer to the place wer u cook or mix ingredients

I recommend it to everybody! It is a great gift too! I have used this for months now, and haven't faced any problem! About: It is mainly for whipping, and if you expect it to perform like a hand mixer, it will not work- you can't make tomato puree with it!(But you can make some liquid things like mango shake) It is meant to make ice cream, whip eggs, or cake batter, or get whipped cream, etc! Pro: Price! Looks pretty and expensive! It doesn't heat up at all while using it! Is light! There are multiple settings and they are great- the first one is slow, and then it slowly increases(contrary to somebody who says it is too fast!) When I whip my malai, I like to start with 1, then slowly I go to the highest setting. Cleaning it is easy. The size of chord is normal, no problem. Con: It comes with Dough Hooks but they don't work. Maybe I did something wrong. Either way, that is not why I bought this. That was free stuff, so this doesn't bother me at all! Product overall good..not very good cuz when i first tried uaing it the level switch area showed some spark i dont kno tge reason although it didn't affect its performance yet and the motor emmited a burning smell may be because it was d first time. In my later use i dint find this problem. So overall you can go for it

It does not run for long and thus i am unable to make whipped cream for my baking purposes easily I had been able to use it once or twice and it has completed gone now I am looking for the service center of Orpat in Gurgaon

Please never ever buy this product.. Orpat means Cheating Company and defective products!!!! I used this f**** hand blender just two times only, while blending the butter suddenly its stopped working, i tried again it didn't work then i came to know the connecting nob was broken, while shaking the blender i got the sound of nob dancing inside.. I couldn't return it because i used the product after a month of purchasing.. The only option is WARRANTY!!! So i called the customer care number given in the orpat website.. +91 – 02822 – 230491, 02822-391100-391111 , if u call the first number you'll always hear the BEEP sound, second number will be ringing for years but nobody will answer!!! Third will never ever connect!! So i searched for the service centre and found the Chennai address (WHICH WAS VERY NEAR TO MY PLACE)No 149, Near Fly Over, Kodambakkam High Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai – 600024, Tamil Nadu, India.(+91)(044) 66427799After 1 hour of Calling the given number , searching and enquiring the address to the nearby shops and came to know the given Address was also a FAKE ONE!!!!So i took this to a local shop(s) in Parrys and cinthathiripet to repair, Orpat is not a well known brand if it is Bajaj means i can try for the spare parts but these unknown brand we can't find the spare parts!! Very same answer from all the shopkeepers!! So please please don't buy any product from this cheatinv Company pls spend some more money and buy Branded products like Bajaj, philips , Morphy etc.. (Spending Money is easy rather spending Energy and time)I really don't understand why Amazon have links with these types of Cheating companies ...

I bought the product on Nov 2016, now the product is not working properly the mixer stops spinning sometimes while working. It had one year warranty. I tried calling calling the orpat customer care, they gave me a dealers number in my locality and the dealer said they don't get spare parts they can't fix the product. Now I can't use the product because no shop in my town can fix it.

I got it like 2 weeks ago, and have been using it over and over again to make cakes and buttercream. Speed is good. Just a little internal spark when I switch it on. However everything is just perfect! It doesn't get hot easily. Just one thing: no stand. So while making sponge cake, my arm became very tired. But anyway, with this price, it's great!
