Hi All, I have made purchased of Black & Decker SB3200-IN and I would like to share my experience about this product. First of all I am not at all satisfied with this product and below are the reasons: 1. Heating Issue. 2. The neck of the Blender becomes so hot that user cannot hold the blender with his/her bare hands. 3. Quality of the Blade is so poor. 4. I would not believe that it has 500 W motor and does not have any weight corresponding to it. It should be on heavier side. 5. I raised request to get my refund back however replacement option is only available which is of no use. It seems that Flipkart or Black & Decker knows that they are promoting poor product and customer will ask for refund, which is why they are throwing option only for replacement not for refund. 6. In future I will not buy any product of Black & Decker as I have already experienced the product which is of inferior quality china made product. This is my humble request to Flipkart Customer please do not buy this product otherwise you will regret your decision. Thanks, Sudeep
