This cable is what exactly i was looking for. It was just 1 meter in length, however that is exactly what I was looking far as I do not want to clutter my TV/Home theater space with much of cables around it.I have a 46 inch Samsung SMART 3D LED TV and I watch music/Videos either online or through USB drives. However I use to miss the great digital sound effects due to the limitation of sound effects in the built-in speakers of TV. Using this Bandridge Optical Cable, now I am able to hear the digital sound in my Sony Home theater system. It delivers the great sound with literately no noise that I can hear even at high volumes. very good product .it simplifies my life. I have a LG tv whom i want to connect with Sony's home theater. this small piece of cable does the work which a HDMI cable was not doing. although the length of the cable is seems short but its it is sufficient for me as i don't want jumble of cables around my setup. audio quality is superb now and i am completely enjoying
