Waste of money
By Sameer phillipson
there is not battery life it does not last even for 3 calls. Pathetic performance really disappointed and have wasted my money on such a useless item. I will not advice anyone to purchase this blue tooth
Good product with poor voice quality
design is awesome, UI is great, Voice command is excellent,
Voice quality is poor between phone and headset
Good Headset with some small shortcomings
By Pradeep Debon
I have been using this headset for about two months now. The headset was delivered by Amazon on time in a box far oversized given the size of the headset! The headset itself is small and sleek - much nicer looking than my earlier headset. The sound quality is clear and I have rarely had to use it at high volume settings. As a matter of fact, I tend to use it more as it gives clearer sound than my Nokia phone. I have used it in noisy surroundings (including in the marketplace) without difficulty. However, it does not work as well in high wind conditions (say while on a motrobike). I have used it for playing music during exercising and it works fine as a mono headset. The battery charges quicly and probably does give the promised four hours of talk time. (Has anyone talked on a phone for four hours?). I'm a heavy user and it lasts me for about two days and that seems pretty good as I have to charge my phone itself at least once a day.The only complaint that I have is that the earpiece does not really fit my ear properly even after I have changed the silicon cover. I probably have a small ear opening, but the headset does get painful after about half an hour. All said, a good headset.
suits me fine
I just use it for a couple of hours in a day. The earlier one that I was using (from a famous brand) was uncomfortable on the ear and the listener kept pleading me to speak loudly. No such complaints when I am using this. Pairing is a breeze and on a full charge it gives 4 hour of service. Suits me fine. At a stretch I cannot use it for more than hour without taking it off for a few minutes.. May be changing the silicone ear caps (supplied with it) to suit my ear size may solve this minor issue.
Good product to buy at a discounted price!
I bought this about a month ago. Considering the brand, I thought this would be worth the amount I spend and, yes it is, actually since I got this product on a discounted price, it is more than worth the price.Pros:1. Stylish design2. Appears to be big, but is small and feather weight3. Ear gels are soft and as they come in three different sizes it fits different ear sizes4. Battery life, although I have not used until the entire battery got drained, is goodCons:1. All voice commands are handy and functional, except for "Answer." I could not get the call connected saying "Answer" for at least once2. People complained about my voice suddenly becoming less audible (as if I'm speaking from inside a box).3. Charging time: Takes a while to charge to full even though I have used the headset for just about half an hour. Other headsets I have used so far get used to charge fully within no timeI feel this product is good but not great just because of the cons mentioned above. However, works and looks better than Samsung HM and Nokia BH series headsets.
Useless and Worthless!
By Shubhadeep Dharon
Positively worthless! This product has an iffy bluetooth connection. Sometimes it is just too difficult to pair it. Sometimes impossible. The sound quality is poor despite having 3 mics to reduce external noise. It only amplifies the background noise while killing your voice.Battery life is approx 2 hours. Post that it constantly keeps saying "Battery Low" in your ear till it dies of exhaustion. The headset it too heavy and and uncomfortable to keep wearing for extended use.The set may die on you suddenly and then may not revive itself for 2-3 days. It has a strange affliction one might say.Used it for 2-3 months, then it died on me. I gave up and purchased a Jabra. This product is all that a Bluetooth headset shouldn't be. Back to the drawing board Plantronics.
Waste of money
I had experience with couple of bluetooth's by plantronics. They don't work well I concluded. You need to literally hold the cell phone half a feet distance in order to clearly talk. I strongly don't suggest to buy this. Waste of money. I threw it some where at home and currently using Jabra. If you are looking for bluetooth for your cell phone go for Jabra
