Good looking, buttons are designed for functionality and are quite discreet, so doesn't spoil the looks.Very light. When the ear hook is fixed, the headset stays well in the ear. Some people feel it is too tight and hurts, but i can't feel a thing even after two hours of continuous usage(suits my ear well. Tip: don't rotate the ear hook too far back on the ear).Volume is good, songs are loud enough (but not pleasing like the stereo headset).Incoming voice is clear and loud even at the least volume. But other end person hears me a little less louder but clearly audible. Maybe if the other end person is in a noisy place you might have to talk louder.The eartips are made of rubber, i feared they might be plastic, but since they are rubber they feel good too.They don't fall of the ear easily with the ear hook in place. But putting it with one hand is a bit of a struggle with the hook in place.

This is a tiny piece of innovation.It is ultra lightweight.The device has excellent talk time. Great standby time. Very easy to setup.The button to pick up the phone is quite easy and very sensitive to slight touch. The device is pretty fast in connecting to the mobileIt has a good range from the mobile.The price below 2500 is a great price for the device.The mechanism for support inside the ear is pretty simple, strain free and pain free.The voice quality is very clear and crisp.The only negative I find is that on every call it pronounces that there is a call in the earpiece which I find it slightly irritating

Pathetic and faulty product shipped. Volume is very low and the answer call button does not work. And it's not even returnable. Exchange only. I wonder why we have to accept more garbage. I need a different model. My earlier M25 was quite good actually with the same phone. This one disappoints. Don't waste money as this product can only be replaced by another one which too is likely to be just as bad.

Waste of money, it is connecting well with 2 instruments in parallel but unnecessary noises experienced by listeners. every callers of me are fed up with this equipment and finally they say that after you throw out this only will talk to you over phone...

Used it fit more than a year, quality is good. The movable on off switch got faulty few days before, it's switch off when we touch it. It covers long distance. Even you can leave your mobile inside the car and you can speak. Battery backup is good. Sound quality is also good.

Stopped working after 6 months of use. Not charging fully. No led indication. Buttons behave erratically. Switches on and off periodically after few minutes of use. Automatically goes into pairing mode. Sometimes redial numbers on its own...overall a nightmare. My samsung Bluetooth headset is more than 2 years old and still running perfectly alright
