This is only my second bluetooth device and i quite like its clarity, and range.The earlier one being quite basic and had to be clipped onto the ears so was very uncomfortable. From that perspective this is very easy to handle and comfortable. One must keep in mind though that this is not "multi-device" and works with only bluetooth 2.1 devices. I have 2 phones out of which one is a blackberry 8900 bought almost 3 years back, and it doesnt work with that device, so please make sure you check all of that before you buy this expensive little thing..

I am basically a BIGG Fan of Plantronics 903+ and I truly feel that this BackBeat GO is inferior to 903+ in its Sound Quality. I don't feel the highs and lows very clear and Music sounded little Flat comparitively. If I sound too complaining, Relax!!! This is all in comparison and this doesn't mean that BackBeat GO is a thing of Pain. Here goes my generics on BackBeat GO... Some +Ves - Light. Very Light. Who doesn't like it. - Cord : Length is ideal and is REALLY tangle free. Its long enough that it doesn't restrict you in anyway to move your head. Its not too long, Yes, you don't have to feel as if you are using wired earphones. After all, You needed BlueTooth. - Signal : Antenna is in the volume control part on the Cord and is Longer. So it doesn't really matter which side you keep your phone/iPod and I didn't see any signal loss when I tilt my head or move. (Better than 903+ here. Yes I'm comparing again) - Mic : Good enough for calls and the Good thing is that you can drag that thing closer to your mouth and cover it with hand to avoid noise to make yourself hear better when needed. With many of other blutooth models, you had an only option to Shout when you are not heard loud enough in calls. - I heard that it is Sweat-Proof. (903/903+ is not, I had to make sure that I take it out every 10 mins and wipe it thoughroghly. I'm comparing again). I believe that easily looking at its Design. Thers is no opening that potentially takes in water to ruin it. Its kind of concealed. Soon I will be using this at the Gym :-) - Charges with USB Cable as well. Some -Ves - Battery Life is only 4Hours - The ear buds are little Heavy(Size). But not so heavy that they fall out. Use the stabilizers for Having them on while running. - They don't come with a Carrying case. Don't you need a proper case to take care of your 5K jewel ? - It doesn't have a Very High Output even on Maximum Volume. Something you should be worried if you are planning to use it in very Noisy environments. I suggest using a bugger ear bud than you normally use which may help better in noice cancellation in these scenarios. - Sometimes it fails to come back properly into Music Mode after answering calls and the Mic Catches the noise while you listen to music as if it is in Call mode instead music Mode. Its happens very rarely, but you will be irritated when this Happens. Some Trivia - It comes with a Neodymium Magnet. You don't see any noticeable difference because of this. But this is the best of the magnets technically and it is one of the point that can Justify the Price. - Some of the Apps(Saavn, Raaga for example) doesn't understand NextTrack or Play/Pause buttons. But nothing to blame the headsets here, its the case with almost all the earphones. - When you are not using it, you can still consider leaving them over back of your neck with the ear buds falling to the front and they will stay without falling off. This way you don't have to worry about putting them in a box or Pocket. This is something that I lacked in 903/903+ models cause of their design. Yeah, I'm comparing again and again. What can I do, I loved 903+ very much. Finally if you were to ask me which one to choose between the these two, I would say GO!!!

Please don't waste your money on this product. It absolutely no good product in this price range. Does not hold in ear poor sound quality Stops working in no time Service is shit Only good thing is its very comfortable to carry around easily fits in pocket, tangle free etc 5/5 for Flipkart Service

Got this product from another site, and have been using it for a couple of days. I'm no audio expert, but I do appreciate good audio quality. Here's my assessment 1. Packaging -. Seriously these guys overdid the packaging. Every piece had 2-3 tapes attached. But better safe than sorry no ? 2. Make - Overall great. Considering all they've stuffed into the tiny wire. The earpieces are naturally larger than those of an ordinary earphone, but they aren't gargantuan. 3. Ease of Use - 9/10 I'm yet to figure out what all this device does, but the basic stuff is quite easy once you get the hang of the controls dangling under your right ear. I've managed to power on/off, pair, take calls and listen to music without the slightest problem. 4. Comfort - I had to use the small size earbuds, and pulling them out and fitting them in was a nightmare. But now I've a snug fit even though I'm yet to figure out what the loops are for. And oh, did I mention it's as light as a feather on the neck ? 5. Sound Quality - Initially it may seem that the music is a bit low, but one gets used to it. The quality is rich and nice, though I'll leave it to others to decide on treble, bass and all that I don't understand. 6. Transmission range - Excellent. 33 feet is good enough for me to roam around my house and get good connectivity. Verdict - Overall, a great device from a reputed manufacturer. There isn't another like this, in terms of design at least, and the other features are as good as they get. If you've read this far, do your eyes a favour by ending your search for bluetooth headsets, since this is the best bluetooth heaset out there under 10K. Cheers to Plantronics!
