The headset though nice looking is not much successful when it comes to performing its basic function of attending calls. The range is limited to just one room and that too with very low mic volume. The other person is barely able to hear you. I had bought it for my wife who is not too happy with the results.

After reading/watching all the reviews for this product I had expected a lot more. But I met with disappointment. After using the product for a while, I have decided to review it in detail for those of you planning to buy it. Caution: The instruction manual provided with this product is not very detailed and does not include certain points. Specifically, the device switch on mode is different from its pairing mode. i.e., if you hold down the jog dial for 3sec the device switches on showing a blinking red light. Keep holding down the jog dial for 5sec until you see the red & blue lights blinking alternatively to know that the device has entered the bluetooth pairing mode. Pros: 1. Device is very stylish and compact. 2. Call quality is good 3. Button placement and functionality is very good. 4. Battery backup is really good. Minimum charging time and maximum standby time. Cons: 1. Once connected to a Bluetooth device there is a slight intermittent disturbance. But this is not present when the device is in use for listening to music/videos or calling. 2. Wearing comfort is very bad. 2.a. Due to the small length of the speaker buds I was unable to push it all the way inside the ear for a snug fit. The big body of the device attached to the speaker buds prevents this. Hence the device keeps slipping out of the ear. 2.b. The ear buds provided with this device are not very comfortable to use. I am now using the ear buds of my sony headphone. 3. Sound quality for listening to music/videos is 3.5/5. Its equivalent to listening to music from an inexpensive wired earphone. Verdict: 1. This headset may not fit comfortably in your ear depending on your ear shape and canal length. So I'd recommend testing it out before buying. 2. If you are planning to use it for exercise I wouldn't recommend this since it would keep slipping out of your ears. 3. If your main goal is listening to music or watching videos then I wouldn't recommend this product. Instead, buy a good set of wired headphones. 4. If your only use is voice calls then you can go for this product assuming it fits snugly in your ears. Personally I am very disappointed with this product since it keeps falling out of my ears even when I am sitting still. Maybe it does not suit my ears. I will be giving it to someone else.
