Worst Product from Tata... This product is completely defective in most of the stock, outdoor unit was completely faulty, this happened with other customer also who is also from Hyderabad, they are getting rid of this useless stock !!, Shame on you TATA !!

using since an year now.. nice product over all. since it's a 2 ton ac, I bought it for my drawing hall of 20x12ft. still cooling takes time.
it's quite silent compared to others.
there was issue of installation as my installation guy charged me 10k for installing it on my 2nd floor with exhaust at 4th floor . first the installation agenct didn't provide me tax invoice then after few complaints I got it.
anyway, product is good and I recommend to other buyers as well .

Delivered on time but we're being hassled by the installation people. We're working professionals and they keep rescheduling the appointment. Your local neighborhood electronics dealer may be a wiser option to ensure installation is done on time.
UPDATE: the installation guys came and left without fixing the AC. Broke my things while removing the old one and also didn't have the complete equipment required. Now I have my old AC and compressor lying in the drawing room. Ugly wires dangling from the top of the ceiling. Really disappointed. Waste of money and I'm seriously thinking of returning the AC and heading to the local retailer. 0 stars for installation.
