Installation was a nightmare

If there was an option to provide negative rating, I would have preferred that. Product is good but getting the installation done was a nightmare. Neither Amazon helpline nor Voltas helpdesk (tele + Social) could help. Every time I called them, I was given two options - 1) Raise a fresh complain because something was missing from previous complaint 2) Existing service request will be escalated to next level.. Outcome was waste of time.Product was installed within one week but it was not functional because of inability of visiting engineer, that's where roller coaster ride started for next 2 weeks with 100s of phone calls and emails but no action until I myself found out the contact of a C-Suite executive in Voltas and contacted him through Social Media. Installation was completed only after that.So, I would not recommend anyone to go with Amazon for such products. I am a big fan of Amazon for everything else but this was the worst experience I could think of from Amazon.

This was purchased in September 2017 and already Gas has leaked 3 times during the late Summer.I have 5 A/C fitted in my flat and this is the first time I bought hot and cold A/C from Voltas to replace the working A/C in our bedroom. Believe me this is a very bad model and It rattles like an old Ambassador. Even sensors are not effective and the bed room has difference of temperature which is not healthy. I am going to send a message to Voltas to take this piece back as I am not sure if this is a defective piece or this is a bad model. I will forward this comment to Voltas and offer them to refund me the amount and I am willing to return this even at 50 % discount for a A/C which is only 3 months old.Voltas is a very good company and I do not wish to spread this rumour at all , It is possibly that have a defective piece .

I wanted this for my parents as it is how and cold AC. Getting this model in Pune is difficult. So had to ordered it from Noth. Awesome product as it does the job of keeping the room warm in winters and cool in summers - much required for elderly parents even in city like pune.
